Delivery Methods & Shipping Costs
On this page we present the various delivery methods for our products. The range of delivery options varies slightly between product groups, as our products are made in different parts of Finland. If an order contains products from different manufacturers, the orders are delivered in separate parcels. This does not, however, incur any additional postage costs for the customer, since postage is always based on the total weight and size of the order. Delivery method and shipping costs
Shipping costs include dispatch and packaging fees. You can view the shipping costs once you have selected the payment and delivery method in your shopping cart. The shipping costs shown in the online shop do not apply to orders for which a quote has been requested.
We deliver orders in an environmentally friendly way via Matkahuolto and Posti. Small orders that fit in a letter we deliver as a letter.
Delivery times vary from a few business days to about two weeks, as a large part of our products are made when the customer places the order. This allows us to offer a wide product range and gives the customer greater influence over the product they order. We aim to dispatch products that are in stock by the next business day at the latest.

We deliver low-value orders that fit in an envelope as a letter, so you receive them delivered right to your home.
Pickup from Posti
Collecting your shipment from a Posti pickup point. Find your nearest pickup point (CLICK). You can track the progress of your shipment using the tracking number. When the parcel is ready for collection at Posti, you will receive a notification in an environmentally friendly way by text message.
Posti Home Parcel 14
Delivery straight to your front door as arranged (business parcels are delivered without an arrangement during the daytime). The shipment is delivered to the address you provide on business days.
Matkahuolto
Your order is delivered to the Matkahuolto, K-Market, Siwa, Valintatalo or other Matkahuolto Parcel Point you choose. You will receive a text message or email as soon as your order is ready for collection. Find your nearest pickup location in the Matkahuolto pickup point search.
Matkahuolto Home Delivery Parcel
Delivery straight to your front door as arranged (business parcels are delivered without an arrangement during the daytime). The shipment is delivered to the address you provide on business days.

You can collect your order directly from the product manufacturer; in your shopping cart you will see the available pickup locations. If you have ordered products from different manufacturers, pickup locations cannot be selected. Once your order has been processed and it has been confirmed that the products you ordered are ready for collection, you will receive a notification by email.
Fragile products
All products are packaged appropriately to ensure that the product arrives intact. Framed prints and canvas prints are always delivered with a special-handling additional service, which is an extra guarantee that the product arrives intact.
