Volume discounts
Tiered volume pricing: 10+ pcs -15%, 25+ pcs -25%, 50+ pcs -30%, 100+ pcs up to -35% depending on the product type. Larger batches are negotiated separately. Discounts apply to both standard products and tailored special orders.
Invoicing, 14 days
Business clients can pay by invoice. Payment term 14 days net. E-invoice and email invoice, with no extra charges. Ask us to set up invoicing when you get in touch.
Your own contact person
You get a personal contact person who knows your order, your preferences and your schedule. One phone call or email is enough - no queues or automated answering machines. A direct line to Harri, not outsourced customer service.
Logos & customisation
We add your company logo, colour palette and custom text to prints, posters, calendars and other products. Design assistance available when needed.
Image library access
For interior designers and architects we grant the right to present our selection of over 1,100 online-store images to your clients and, when needed, access to our archives (more than 100,000 images). You receive visualised mock-ups for your presentations and can recommend products to your clients. The final sale always goes through us.
Sample products
We offer resellers and interior designers sample products for presentation use. Usually these are free of charge, for example one unique canvas print per supplier product category. They are a great help in winning new clients.
Express delivery
For urgent needs, express delivery (24-48h) to the southern Finland area. Depending on the order, we can also arrange personal delivery within the Helsinki metropolitan area - especially useful for the large-format orders of hotels and offices.

Within a single order, the volume discount is calculated per product group (e.g. 10 canvas prints and 5 posters = 15 products, but the discount applies per product group).

Quote & visualisation
We send a tailored quote based on your needs. For larger orders we provide visualisation images before going into production - you see how the image will look before even a single product is made. You confirm the order in writing.
Production & delivery
Production takes 1-2 weeks as standard, with express turnaround of 24-48h for urgent orders. Delivery via Matkahuolto or personal delivery within the Helsinki metropolitan area. The invoice is sent as an e-invoice or by email. Delivery confirmation and after-sales support when needed.
Frequently asked questions
Get in touch by email at asiakaspalvelu@artphotos.fi and provide your business ID, contact person, billing address and estimated annual purchasing volume. We process the application within 1-2 business days. The payment term is 14 days net.
Yes. For interior designers and resellers we provide samples by separate arrangement - usually 1-2 products of your choice free of charge. For a larger order, we usually also provide a digital proof and/or a print sample before production begins.
Yes. Adding a logo, slogan or other graphic is possible on almost all of our products - prints, posters, calendars, postcards, magnets and jigsaw puzzles. The logo can be either within the image itself or in a separate area. Supply the logo in vector format (.ai, .eps, .svg) or as a high-resolution file (at least 300 dpi). Design assistance is available for an additional fee if needed.
Yes, delivery within the EU is easy. Shipping costs and times depend on the destination. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Norway, the United Kingdom, Switzerland), any customs duties and VAT are the customer's responsibility. We offer VAT-free invoices to EU business clients.
Yes, the reseller model is one of our most common forms of collaboration. We open a reseller agreement that defines wholesale prices, minimum order quantities and the usage rights for marketing material. You receive ready-made product images and descriptions for your own product pages. You can place orders either in your own clients' names (dropshipping) or as centralised batches to your own warehouse.
Note! The photographer's name (Harri Kyllönen / Northern Art Photos) must always be displayed alongside the products in the reseller's channel - in the product description, on the product page or in a separate photographer-credit section. This is a condition of the image usage rights.
For interior designers we grant the right to present our selection of over 1,100 online-store images to your clients. When needed, you can also draw on our archives of more than 100,000 images when looking for a specific subject or mood. For client visits you receive visualised mock-ups and low-resolution presentation versions. The final order is always placed through us.
Yes, our premises in Espoonlahti (Ulappakatu 1 G LT 20, next to the Lippulaiva shopping centre) also serve as an exhibition space. Over 50 fine-art photographs are on display with a rotating theme. Professional clients are advised to book an appointment in advance so that we can set aside time for the presentation and also show special products as well as any client-specific samples.
As standard, 1-2 weeks. For larger orders (50+ pcs) the delivery time is agreed case by case - typically 2-4 weeks. For urgent orders, express production is possible within 3-5 business days for an additional fee. For long-term resellers we can usually reserve capacity in advance for seasonal peaks (e.g. Christmas, the wedding season).
